All technical services are bespoke and require a consultation and an allergy test 48 hours prior to the service.

Our Guarantee
At Makeover Palace hair & beauty, we are committed to providing a high-quality service to all our clients.
Services
We will always perform a thorough consultation prior to your service. If for some reason you are unhappy with the service you have received we have a 7 day policy if the final result doesn’t present as you discussed. We will be happy to rectify any service within 7 days at no extra charge. After 7 days we will be happy to re-work but at the usual pricing rates. If you have attended another salon during this 7 day period this policy no longer applies.
Product Exchange Policy
After purchasing a product from Makeover Palace, if you are not satisfied with the products once freshly opened, you may exchange it for another product of a similar value.
Please note, we do not provide refunds of any kind.
All complaints are dealt with at the manager’s discretion and will be kept on record for 6 months.
