Your Appointment

Dear Guests,


This is a polite notice to ask our clients to refrain from bringing your children to appointments with you, where possible.

Not all children will sit quietly while mummy has her treatment done. This can prolong your appointment making the stylist/therapist run late. As well as us wanting you to enjoy your relaxing treatment in the salon, we have to be mindful of our other clients in the salon at the time.

We have sharp and heated tools in the salon and would regret small ones causing any harm to themselves.

Arriving On Time

We would like to remind our clients that due to running busy columns time to us is precious. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we’d regret to tell you that we would not be able to offer the service you are booked in for. This can be reviewed depending on the stylist/therapists next appointment due in.


A benefit to visiting Makeover Palace is our free parking. To ensure you gain this benefit, please park in ‘Curtis Place’ parking bays, located opposite Tesco car park. The sign is blue with green at the top stating Curtis Place parking and long stay’

Please park here to ensure you do not receive any fines for parking elsewhere, we can not be held responsible if fines are received.

Cancellation Policy

This is a polite notice to clients to give us at least 24 hours notice prior to cancelling an appointment. We appreciate unexpected things come up last minute, but cancelling very last minute or not showing up is not only very frustrating for your therapist or stylist you were booked with but also for other clients that are waiting for an appointment. 


You may be asked to pay a deposit to secure your booking. This will be non refundable if cancelling less than 48 hours prior to your appointment but can be carried over if plenty of notice to reschedule is given. The deposit will be deducted from your bill on the day of the service.
